Some Asian echoes this month. At left, a QSL letter from station JDY in Dairen, the Kwantung Peninsula, then
part of Japanese occupied Manchukuo (now Lu-ta, China). The station was often reported at 0900-1000 UTC, the last 15 minutes with English news. (Sorry this isn't a clearer repro, but it is actually a little better than the
original.)
